Cities around the world (ESOL practice): Cork, Ireland

Practice English grammar and vocabulary by learning about cities from around the world. Here's a description of Cork, Ireland. Read it and choose the right word for each blank space :) Good luck!

Cork, Ireland's second largest city, is located on the River Lee, near Cork Harbour, one of the world's largest (nature/natural) harbours. Due to the city's (and region's) history, rebellion is an important (particle/part) of the local (identity/identification), with locals often referring to the county as "the Rebel County", to the city of Cork as the "real (capitol/capital) of Ireland", and to themselves as "Rebels". While Cork hasn't seen as (a lot/many) immigrants as Dublin, the (arrival/welcome) of new residents, (specially/especially) from the newer EU member (lands/states) like Poland, Slovakia, and Lithuania, has made the city a bit (fewer/less) homogeneous. The Cork dialect is distinct from others used in Ireland, with more Irish Gaelic words used (then/than) for example in Dublin.
