Quebec City is the capital of the Canadian province of Quebec, and (its/it's) second largest city. It is one of North America's oldest cities, having been (found/founded) in 1608 by French (explorer/searcher) Samuel de Champlain. The majority of Quebec City's (residence/residents) are native-French (talkers/speakers). The historic central part of the city was (declared/become)a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 1985.
