A note on Cambridge format
Of all the exams on this page, Cambridge's Reading & Use of English paper is the closest match to the exercises here — the multiple-choice reading format and the focus on word formation/collocation map directly onto what's tested. What these exercises don't cover are the Cambridge-specific task types like gapped text (putting paragraphs back in order) and multiple matching, so it's worth doing at least one official Cambridge practice paper to get used to those formats specifically. The Writing, Listening and Speaking papers aren't directly addressed by this page.
